1.定位精度高：使用線(xiàn)性滑軌作為線(xiàn)性導(dǎo)引時(shí)，由于線(xiàn)性滑軌的摩擦方式為滾動(dòng)摩擦，不僅摩擦系數(shù)降低滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)引的1/50，動(dòng)摩擦力于凈摩擦力的差距亦變的很小。因此當(dāng)床臺(tái)運(yùn)行時(shí)，不會(huì)有打滑的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，可達(dá)到um級(jí)的定位精度。
1. 3.使用高速運(yùn)動(dòng)且大幅度降低機(jī)臺(tái)所需驅(qū)動(dòng)馬力：由于線(xiàn)性滑軌移動(dòng)時(shí)摩擦力非常小，只需較小動(dòng)力便能讓床臺(tái)移動(dòng)，尤其是在床臺(tái)的工作方式為經(jīng)常性往返運(yùn)行時(shí)，更能明顯降低機(jī)臺(tái)電力損耗量。且因其摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱較小，可適用于高速運(yùn)行。
3. 5.
