2、雕刻不同的材料須用不同的雕刻頭轉(zhuǎn)速，所以要注意雕刻頭電機的速度可調(diào)范圍，若速度不可調(diào)或速度可調(diào)范圍較小，就說明該雕刻機應(yīng)用范圍受到很大的限制。一般速度可調(diào)范圍是每分鐘幾千到三萬轉(zhuǎn)。

5、控制器一般也分為兩類：一類控制器只是做驅(qū)動，而其所有運算工作由電腦來完成，在雕刻機工作時電腦處于等待狀態(tài)，無法進行排版工作。另一類控制器采用單板機或單片機控制，這種控制器實際上就是一臺電腦，所以只要雕刻機一開始工作，電腦馬上就可以進行其他排版工作，特別是較長時間雕刻時，該優(yōu)勢特別明顯。

5. The controller is generally divided into two types: one is only used for driving, and all the calculation work is completed by the computer. When the engraving machine is working, the computer is in a waiting state and cannot carry out typesetting. The other kind of controller is controlled by single board computer or single chip microcomputer. 6、注意絲桿和導(dǎo)軌，好的絲桿和導(dǎo)軌是雕刻機長期使用時其精度和性能的保證。
